I am a portrait photographer based in Stone Mountain, Georgia, specializing in newborns, young children, families, fashion, landscapes, and food. With access to numerous photo opportunities in Atlanta and Lawrenceville, my goal is to create images for Southerners who cherish their families, children, events, food, and local surroundings. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be an artist, and I view photography as an art form that captures emotion and beauty. It allows us to slow down, reduce stress, and savor memories and the world around us. Photography serves as a communication tool, telling stories about various events. I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in March 2023 with a minor in Fashion Photography and have experience as a Newborn Photographer with MOM365 and as a photographer with JC Penney Portrait Studio.
My passion for School Picture Day photography
At MOM365, I had the chance to photograph newborns and capture moments of joy with young children. My family’s photo gatherings often felt like paparazzi scenes, and photographing preschoolers reminds me of my premature cousin who lived with us. I ensure great sessions by discussing parents’ expectations, making kids comfortable with music, toys, and funny sounds, and focusing on laughter and hugs for family photos.
