I first picked up a camera as a nine-year-old, capturing images of my pets, my friends and even landscapes. On a childhood trip to Yellowstone National Park, I took my first landscape shots with my Kodak Pocket Instamatic. I still have the prints from that visit! I always had a camera, even when college, career and family took up most of my time. When digital technology arose in the early 2000s and I had more time to pursue my passions, I felt a renewed interest in the art form. I’ve been going strong ever since, trying out just about any form of image capture out there.

My passion for School Picture Day photography

I work with kids of all ages as an educator and as They bring excitement and playfulness to photo sessions. I love providing families with images capturing what their kids do best: living in the moment.
